As a newly trained yoga teacher with 200 hours of study in the vibrant surf town of Sayulita, Mexico, I’ve delved into the foundations of modern Vinyasa—exploring everything from asana alignment and anatomy to yoga philosophy and Sanskrit terminology. I see Vinyasa as a flowing dance, guiding you to explore the edges of yourself and embrace your unique expression in each pose. Recognizing that every body is unique, I encourage you to explore what feels best in your body, by using props and modifications to create a practice that honors where you are at!
